Emergency Power Generators

Our Emergency Power Generators

In the event of a public mains breakdown, business continuity could be severely restricted. Relief is provided by reliable emergency power generators. Our range of products contains emergency power generators with performances of up to 1000 kW. These units are applicable where an independent power supply without any interruptions is very important. It is possible to install them under a sound-absorbing covering or in containers. We may offer you the following services: technical advice, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of our products.

Our emergency power systemsdo normally consist of generators which are powered by diesel engines. We mainly apply MAN or Deutz engines and Leroy Somer generators. Heat discharge is carried out by means of emergency coolers, but the produced heat may be supplied to the heating system as well. The period of operation of our emergency power generators depends on the fuel supply and the maintenance intervals .

Our units are controlled by means of the Simatic S7 automation system and a Siemens Simatic PLC (programmable logic control) is applied as well. The SENTRON PAC 3200 multifunction metering device is employed to meter, record and monitor up to 50 measurement categories as voltages, currents, performances, electrical work, frequencies, etc. Via a Profibus interface, all measured values can be forwarded to and processed by a superordinate control unit.

Thanks to the dual fuel controller we have developed (see news), we have already proven that we are able to meet special requirements concerning emergency power systems .
