ADA OFFICES BUILDINGS
ada office buildings that will be completed at the first stage consists of 16 floor and 40.150 m² covered area with 6 parking floor, 7 office floor and 3 trading area floor (restaurants, shops etc.). We will complete mechanical works of the project on lump sum basis, with the exception of sanitary ware & Fixtures.
OLYMPIC VILLAGE COMPLEX
The project has 14 blocks in 2 type with 120.020 m² covered area. Every block has 118 flats and 13 floors including 1 basement floor. Our company will undertake 6 Type-1 building with 20.020 m² covered area. We will complete mechanical works of the building on lump sum basis, including all HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Building Automation Systems
INCEK LOFT RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
Incek Loft Residential Complex is designed mainly as a housing project, in order to create a modern neighborhood environment. The project has 300.000 m² covered area including 1.015 house, recreation area, fitness center, shopping mall, walking track, sports and playing courts.
CARREFOUR-SA Mall
The project is an additional building to the Maltepe Carrefoursa Shopping Mall which was put into service in 2005. This second phase has 104.000 m² covered area with 3 shopping and 2 parking floor. We completed all the mechanical works of the building on turnkey basis except the purchase of some main equipments.
SARAYLARI HOUSING PROJECT
The Housing project phase.2 is being developed on an 119,500 m² plot of land. Adorned with architectural details, special palatial gardens, fountains and specious courtyards typical of palaces, Istanbul Sarayları features 62 different types of residences ranging from 1+1 to 6+1 flats.
AKKOZA HOUSING PROJECT
The Akkoza Project located in Bahçeşehir in western side of İstanbul and consists of a 5.500 flats, Shopping Mall, Soscial Club, Hospital, Schools and Recreation facilities.
We completed Mechanical Works of The Building on unit price basis, including all HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Building Automation Systems.
RECRETIONAL COMPLEX
Ashgabad Entertainment Complex is based on 25.600 m² building area and has entertainment and recreation facilities, space museum, planeterium, cafe, food court, cinema and carpark areas inside. We completed Mechanical Works of The Building on lump sum basis, including all HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Building Automation Systems.

Prime Mall Shopping Mall has 100.000 m² closed area.
